I'm Iyad. A product thinker who started in sales. That's where I learned to sit with customers long enough to hear what they actually need, and I still do. I close the loop end to end: I find the pain, build the fix, sell it, support it. On weekends I'm vibecoding voice agents and Claude Code skills just to see what AI tooling can do this month.
