Problem

Fractional real estate platforms field a flood of basic qualification calls. What's the fund minimum, can I tour, how do payouts work. Most of those calls don't need a human. They need someone patient, available at 11pm, who knows the deck cold.

Role

Designed the agent end-to-end. Wrote the conversation flow, the qualifying script, and the handoff conditions to a human. Built the system prompt and tool definitions, recorded the synthetic property dataset the agent answers from, and wired ElevenLabs for the voice layer.

Outcome

Sara is a prototype, not a deployed product. The point was learning what a real estate voice agent should and shouldn't do. When to push for the booking, when to hand off, how to handle 'I'm just looking.' The conversation flow is tighter than the first draft. If I were shipping it for real I'd cut the small talk earlier and add a callback option for prospects who want to think it over.
